True Bond Online – Refund Policy

1. General Refund Position

True Bond Online provides access to digital matchmaking services. Since services begin immediately upon account access, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Matches, responses, interactions, or outcomes depend entirely on User preference and independent decisions. The Platform does not promise or guarantee any specific match or relationship result. Refunds will not be issued based on expectations, outcomes, or personal compatibility.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

A refund may only be considered if:

  • The User was charged twice for the same purchase (duplicate payment), or
  • The User did not receive access to the paid feature after successful payment.

In such cases, Users must contact support with proof of payment at support@truebondonline.in. The Platform reserves the right to verify and approve or refuse such claims.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • No match found
  • Lack of responses from other Users
  • Account ban due to policy violations
  • Incomplete profile or inactivity
  • Offline interactions or disputes

5. Third-Party Payments

If payment is made via Google Play, UPI, wallet, or any third-party system, the refund process (if applicable) will follow that provider’s rules and timelines. The Platform is not responsible for delays or refusals by third-party processors.

6. Fraud, Abuse, or Misuse

If any fraudulent activity, false claim, or misuse is detected, the Platform may deny refund requests, suspend or terminate the account, and where required, report activity to relevant authorities.

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider and banking system.

Requests sent through personal chats, social media, or unofficial channels will not be processed.

9. Final Decision

All refund decisions made by the Platform shall be final and binding. The Platform reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
