True Bond Online – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Agreement”) govern the access, registration, and use of the digital matchmaking and dating platform known as True Bond Online and its brand variant TrueBondOnline (collectively referred to as the “Platform,” “Service,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).

By accessing, downloading, registering, browsing, interacting, or otherwise using the Platform, including its website, mobile application, forms, broker consultation features, or other related services, the user (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) expressly acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.

The Platform operates solely as a digital service provider and technology interface and does not certify, verify, investigate, or guarantee the identity, conduct, authenticity, or intentions of any User, broker, representative, or third party.

If You do not agree to these Terms, You must immediately discontinue the use of the Platform.

2. Legal Status of the Platform

True Bond Online operates as a digital matchmaking and interaction facilitation service. The Platform:

  • Provides a user interface for profile browsing, swiping, and communication
  • Offers matchmaking guidance via optional broker consultation
  • Hosts user-generated content for interaction purposes

The Platform does not:

  • Verify or authenticate identities or background information
  • Guarantee the accuracy of profiles or matchmaking outcomes
  • Mediate or supervise offline interactions
  • Assume liability for financial, emotional, or physical outcomes of user interactions

All User interactions are solely at the Users’ discretion and risk, and the Platform bears no liability for any result arising from such interactions.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting information, browsing profiles, interacting with other Users, or using any feature of the Platform, You:

  • Confirm that You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
  • Voluntarily consent to be bound by all clauses contained herein.
  • Represent and warrant that Your use of the Platform is lawful and compliant with all applicable regulations.
  • Accept full responsibility for Your actions, communications, and offline interactions.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms, including any modifications or updates.

4. Eligibility

To use the Platform, You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in Your jurisdiction
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Use the Platform solely for lawful, personal purposes

The Platform is not available to:

  • Minors
  • Individuals barred by law from entering contracts
  • Persons intending to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

The Platform reserves the right to refuse access, suspend, or terminate accounts in violation of eligibility requirements.

5. Platform Function and Limitations

The Platform functions exclusively as a digital connector. Its role is limited to:

  • Providing a user interface for browsing and swiping profiles
  • Facilitating communication between Users
  • Allowing optional matchmaking guidance via broker consultation
  • Hosting user-generated content

The Platform does not:

  • Verify user identities or information
  • Guarantee authenticity, compatibility, or intentions of Users
  • Supervise or regulate offline meetings
  • Mediate financial or personal disputes between Users

All risks arising from communication, decisions, offline meetings, or sharing personal information are borne solely by Users. The Platform bears no liability for any losses, disputes, fraud, or harm.

6. Account Creation and User Information

To access Platform features, Users may be required to create an account and provide information including, but not limited to:

  • Name, age, gender
  • Profile details and preferences
  • Photographs
  • Optional phone number

Users represent and warrant that:

  • All submitted information is truthful, accurate, and complete
  • They are the lawful owners of all content uploaded
  • No content infringes the rights of any third party

The Platform does not guarantee identity verification or authenticity of information. Users are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of account credentials, activities performed through their account, and consequences of sharing personal information.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, Users agree to:

  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Avoid sharing sensitive or financial information
  • Report suspicious or illegal activity promptly

Users must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others
  • Impersonate or create fake profiles
  • Engage in fraud, scams, or unlawful activities
  • Share explicit, obscene, or illegal content

Users are solely responsible for all communication, decisions, interactions, and consequences. The Platform assumes no responsibility for emotional or mental harm, financial loss, legal issues, or physical injury or disputes.

8. User-Generated Content

Users may upload or submit content including text, images, or profile information. Users retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, Users grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, or use the content for operational purposes.

The Platform reserves the right to:

  • Remove, restrict, or block content that is false, misleading, fraudulent, offensive, or illegal
  • Suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these Terms

The Platform bears no liability for user-generated content.

9. Broker Services and Limitations

  1. The Platform may offer optional matchmaking guidance via designated brokers or representatives (“Brokers”).
  2. Brokers act solely as facilitators and do not guarantee the authenticity, intentions, or outcomes of any match or interaction.
  3. Users acknowledge that Brokers are third parties and any guidance, suggestion, or recommendation provided by a Broker is at User’s own risk.
  4. The Platform and its representatives, including founders, CEOs, and management personnel, are not liable for misrepresentation or fraudulent behavior by Brokers, fake profiles provided or suggested by Brokers, or any financial, emotional, or personal loss arising from Broker interactions.
  5. Users must conduct independent verification before relying on any Broker recommendation.

10. Fraud and Fake Profile Disclaimer

  1. Users acknowledge that despite the Platform’s reasonable operational measures, the Platform cannot verify the identity or authenticity of all Users.
  2. The Platform disclaims all liability for fake, misleading, or fraudulent profiles, misrepresentation of information by Users or Brokers, and any actions, omissions, or misconduct by Users.
  3. Users accept that the Platform is merely a technology interface and that offline meetings, communications, or interactions are solely at User’s discretion.
  4. Users understand that profiles may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. The Platform has no duty to verify identity and will not be held responsible for any consequences of relying on such information.
  5. The Platform will not be held responsible for financial, emotional, reputational, or physical harm caused by fraudulent Users.

11. No Employment / Agent Relationship

Brokers are not employees, agents, or representatives of the Platform. They act independently. Any statements, promises, or actions made by a Broker are at the Broker’s own responsibility and do not bind the Platform.

12. Indemnity

  1. Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform, its founders, directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from use of the Platform, user-generated content, interactions with other Users or Brokers, or violations of these Terms or applicable law.
  2. This indemnity extends to claims brought by third parties.
  3. Users agree that they are solely responsible for any legal, financial, or personal consequences arising from their actions.

13. No Guarantees or Warranties

  1. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or representations, express or implied.
  2. The Platform does not guarantee accuracy or reliability of content or profiles, match success or relationship outcomes, safety or behavior of Users or Brokers, or availability or uninterrupted service.
  3. The Platform explicitly disclaims all warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy, reliability, or completeness.

14. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform and its representatives shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, or emotional or psychological harm.
  2. The maximum liability of the Platform and its representatives for any claim shall not exceed zero rupees (₹0).
  3. Users acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for all risks associated with using the Platform.

15. User Data, Privacy & IT Act Intermediary Status

  1. Users may provide personal information, including name, age, photos, preferences, and optional contact details. The Platform may collect device identifiers, IP addresses, and user behavior data for analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
  2. Personal data is stored securely using third-party service providers where necessary and may be disclosed to comply with legal obligations, in response to lawful requests by law enforcement, or to protect safety, security, or rights of the Platform and Users.
  3. Users consent to the processing and storage of their data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
  4. The Platform qualifies as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and is not liable for third-party content, subject to applicable safe harbour protections.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

  1. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
  2. Users waive the right to file lawsuits in any court against the Platform, founders, directors, officers, employees, or Brokers for any claim and agree to binding arbitration only.
  3. Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended).
  4. Users agree to bear all costs of arbitration, including legal fees, unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
  5. The award of the arbitrator shall be final, binding, and enforceable in any competent court.

17. Account Termination and Suspension

  1. The Platform reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate any User account at its discretion, including for violations of Terms, suspicion of fraudulent or abusive behavior, or misuse of Platform features.
  2. Termination does not relieve the User of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including indemnity obligations.
  3. Users acknowledge that the Platform may delete or block access to User content upon termination.

18. Content Moderation

  1. The Platform reserves the right, but is under no obligation, to monitor, screen, or remove any User content including text, images, and profile data.
  2. The Platform may remove, restrict, or block access to content that is offensive, obscene, pornographic, fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or violating third-party rights or these Terms.
  3. Users acknowledge that content moderation is discretionary and the Platform bears no liability for any decisions regarding content removal or restriction.

19. Third-Party Communication & Financial Disclaimer

Because Users and Brokers may communicate outside the Platform, including via WhatsApp or other channels:

  • The Platform is not responsible for chats, payments, promises, advice, or actions made outside the Platform.
  • The Platform does not handle, monitor, or guarantee any financial transaction conducted outside the Platform.

20. Intellectual Property

The name, logo, brand, design, and all content of True Bond Online / TrueBondOnline, including but not limited to text, graphics, layouts, and visual elements, are the exclusive property of the Platform or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users agree not to copy, reproduce, record, publish, or distribute Platform content, screenshots, chats, or design elements without prior written permission.

21. No Personal Liability Clause

  1. Chitresh Sisodiya, acting as founder, CEO, and manager of the Platform, shall not be held personally liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions.
  2. All obligations, risks, and liabilities are assumed by the Platform as a legal entity, not by any individual operator, founder, broker, or team member.
  3. Users acknowledge and agree that no legal claim, lawsuit, or financial demand can be imposed on any individual, including founders, officers, or employees. Maximum liability of the Platform entity is explicitly limited to zero rupees (₹0).

22. Force Majeure

The Platform shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, or internet outages. Force majeure events do not excuse Users from their obligations under these Terms.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed, and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

24. Entire Agreement & Updates

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the complete and final legal agreement between Users and the Platform, superseding all prior understandings. The Platform may modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

25. Governing Law

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved only via arbitration in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, as specified above.

27. Final User Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, Users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted all clauses of these Terms; assumed all risks associated with using the Platform; waived all personal claims against founders, officers, and management; accepted zero liability for Platform or representative actions; and agreed to binding arbitration for all disputes.
